Primary purpose of position: |
You will play a pivotal role in creating and editing videos that captivate our audience and promote our brand. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts, shoot, and edit content for all CSS social media platforms. |

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation:
o Lead with the content creator the video content ideas, including script writing,
storyboarding, and shot lists.Â
Filming:
o Capture footage to produce high-quality video content
Editing:
o Edit raw footage, add graphics, music, and sound effects, and optimize videos for
platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Brand Alignment:
o Ensure all video content aligns with the brand & overall messaging, visual style, and
target audience.Â
Staying Updated:
o Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in videography
and social media marketing
SKILLS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
o Proven Proficiency in video editing software.
o Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
o A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and videography skills is highly beneficial.Â
o Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
deadlines.
