Primary purpose of position: | Manage all our social media channels to promote brand awareness, engage with audience, and boost profile of CSS as a social enterprise. |

Location: | Hybrid |
Work Hours: | 2 hours daily (Mon-Fri) |
Commitment: | 6 months (1 month Transition) |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Management:
o Keeping track of programs and content requests using the CSS Village Calendar.
o Schedule and publish posts on platforms; including but not limited to LinkedIn,
Facebook and Instagram.
o Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement,
responding promptly.
o Utilise analytics and share insights to refine content strategies and improve overall
performance under advisement of Marketing Coordinator.
o Monitor trends and make recommendations to stay ahead in the evolving landscape
of social media under advisement of the Marketing Coordinator.Collaboration:
o Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to align content with overall marketing
strategies.
o Collaborate with the Marketing and other teams, integrating their initiatives into the
content calendar.Reporting:
o a weekly brief to the marketing head sharing top insights/ comments/feedback
- Social Media Management:
SKILLS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills for replying and responding to comments and
messages. - Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking and analysing social media performance.
- Previous experience in a social media role is an asset
- Commit to 2 hours daily during the weekdays
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
