Primary purpose of position: | Coordinate marketing strategies and initiatives, working closely with the CEO and Communications Manager to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns that increase brand awareness, engage customers and boost the profile of CSS as a social enterprise. |

Work Hours: | 2 days a week |
Commitment: | 6 months (1 month Transition) |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing:
o Lead the creation and execution of targeted email campaigns including newsletters,
and promotional offers.
o Manage and grow the email subscriber list, ensuring effective segmentation for
personalized marketing.
o Analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future email strategies.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
across all marketing channels.
CSS Website:
o Work with the web development and IT team to update and optimize the CSS Village website
to ensure the website reflects current campaigns, events, and initiatives for a seamless user
experience
SKILLS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Study or experience relevant to Marketing and/or Communications desirable.
● Previous experience with email marketing, CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or
Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be highly preferred
● Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
