Art Therapy is a creative method of expression through visual art media. The creative workshops are designed to, improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. It has been shown to help with self-management, symptoms of depression, communication, problem solving skills, address past trauma, reduce stress, and build self-esteem.
This program is available for children and adults, based on class schedule and community demand. If you would like to know more about these classes and how to participate, please ring the centre during our office hours.
